Now that 2009 has come to a close, what will you remember most about last year?
This is a difficult question for me. The answer is not a happy one. If you've been following my blog since July of last year you may already know why.
On July 20th 2009 my 25 year old niece, my brother's only child, passed away from brain cancer. While her passing was the most painful thing to happen to our family the story of her battle with this horrible disease has touched a great many people.
